31st Oct:

Tuesday:
I got up at 750 and reached OT at 830. 1st i assissted a PUH+BTL with lodhi sb. Then i did my hernia alone. Then I assissted a lap appendecectomy with lodhi sb and then a delorme's operation with lodhi sb n sultan sb. I got back at 145.
After lunch and nmaz i ammended the LOR by dab sb and emailed it to sufi. Then i had rest 345 to 5. After maghrib i went to naeemullah sb to fix his pc and came back from there at 9.

30th Oct:

Monday:
I got up at 830 and reached ward at 925. After the round, we had tea. I came back at 1 after buying supernet card. In the evening I went out to get TV fixed. Unexpectedly I had to go to Faisal for it. Thankfully I got it done today. Then I came back home, had dinner and went to ward at 930 for preop round. I got back home at 12.. Today saeed sb replied my 1st mail after the event...

29th Oct..

Sunday:
It was special sunday. I got up at 830 and reached emergency at 930. I was alone as MO. It was haris's walima today but i couldnot go. Duty was cold. In the evening we a did an I&D on thigh, a burn wash, a cut down and thats it. Ilyas reached at 8 and i left at 9. At about 1030 khubab and co came to pick me up. We went to pronto and had dinner there. They dropped me n sufi back at 12.

28th Oct:

Saturday:
I reached emergency at 850. Zakariya came there at about 10. I went around with him and came back at about 1230. After the lunch i had a little rest, then supervised an appendecectomy to Azeem. I returned home at 730. At 830 i went with sufi to Peoples cly for khubaib's walim and haris's shadi and came back from there at 1100

24th to 27th Oct..

24th, Tuesday:
I got up at 11, it was a dull day. I helped ami in preparing aftari. After esha I went to hospital for the round. After I came back, saeed sb called and whole issue was discussed and he agreed to what I said. I hope that things will settle.

25th, Wednesday:
It was eid day! I got up at fajar time, went for eid nmaz at 745 and came back at 9, watched a bit of TV, had lunch and then watched cricket and slept in between. After dinner I went to emergency at 8. There I assisted a laparotomy for blunt trauma abdomen with Dr M Ali sb (I opened the abdomen). It was a big laceration in stomach. (by the way, that pt expired in the next morning). We were free at about 1. Farhan and azeem had arranged a cake and tea at that time. I went to sleep at 2 and got up at 6 for fajar.


26th, Thursday:
After getting free from emergency I went with all the HOs to aminpur bazar and had halwa puri breakfast (and brought puriyaan for gher walay as well). After coming back, I stayed on computer till 11 and then went to sleep, got up at 230 and after lunch and nmaz, i watched India vs WI. In the evening there was loadshedding for about 2 hours. During this time I went out to bring TV antenna pin (and a DVD). At 9 I went to king food where azim came with sohail (guy going to US, resident of madina cly, graduate of 2005, and going for step 3, already done CS). We had dinner there and then went to ward for a little chat, came back from there at 11.

27th, Friday:
I got up at 9 and went to hosp at 10 to get the LORs sign. We happened to get it signed only by Dr Bilal sb. After coming back home at 12, I got ready to go to khubaib's wedding. I remained there till 4. After coming back I went to saleem to give him his bike. I came back from there after maghrib and then watched Pak vs SA which Pakistan lost badly (and got eliminated from championstrophy). (finished walk in the clouds)

23rd Oct

Monday:
it was my birthday!! i have passed 28 years of my life and don’t know how many (or how few) are left now. In the morning baji greeted me via sms and then sufi did the same. There was no one else in the world who remembered it, who cares..
In the afternoon, me n sufi went to bazar, got the major sb's letter head copied and bought cake, kachorian and shoe laces. Close to trawih, we came to know that eid moon has not been sighted (contrary to what was expected), so i went for trawih. After trawih i went with sufi to d-ground where he bought lotion and on the way back we bought a calling card to call England.

22 Oct:

Sunday:
I got up at 930 and went to meet Dr Naeem Sb. i came back from there at 1 (on the way back i bought a warid sim). In the evening i went out to bring afari, had some rest after aftari and then went to Ismaeel Mosque for khatam-e-quran with sufi. we came back at 12.

20th & 21st Oct:

20th, Friday:
when i got up, azeem came and we worked on LOR drafts. After that we went to CPSP and agri univ but couldnt get the prints. After the juma, i had rest. Ami n sufi went for aftari to safura aunty

21st, saturaday:
I reached emegency at 830. At 11 i went to admin for pay (its still pending) and then to ward, installed mcAffee in prof office pc and then worked a bit on the new pc. In the emergency, i did a suprapubic, axillary abcess I&D, supervised appendecectomy to asim (it was interesting case, almost perforated with dense adhesion and i was able to do it all). After the aftari (arranged by farhan), i came back, there was khtam-e-quran in the mosque. After that i went to get neogab for ami, bread and prathas.

16th-19th oct

16th, Monday:
after the round in the ward, i installed the windows in prof office pc. today i went to director finance with Akram sb and found out that there was no way out, so i had to be contented with 50 days loss.
at night i went to ward for preop round, after that i went with azeem to sarwar's for tea.

17th, Tuesday:
in the ot i assissted a laparotomy with akram sb and then did a bilateral axillary lipoma with lodhi sb.
in the evening after aftari, osama came..

18th, Wednesday:
i spent the day in opd. At night i went to emergency which was cool and calm. i came back for sehri and stayed there till 8.

19th, Thursday:
After the round, there was a presentation by dr saira regarding rectal prolapse. After that, i went with azeem to khadija mehmood hosp to meet major sab to get pads for LOR.
it rained heavily at night that prevented me from going for trawih.
today i worked on the drafts of LORs.

15th Oct.

Sunday:
i got up at 1230 and after nmaz and bath, watched tv and read newspaper, went for aftari with azeem and farhan to asim's home. it was nicely done by him!

14th Oct:

Saturday:
Today i got up at 810 and reached emergency at 835. Duty was light today. I supervised an ingrowing toenail to asim, then an appendecectomy to farhan. Aftari was sponsored by dr farhan today. After the aftari i made a finger stump and came back for trawih.

13th Oct

Friday:
Today i got up at 8 and reached OT at 830. First I assissted a lap chole with Lodhi sb ( i was on camera!), then an axillary LN excision with Lodhi Sb, then a lap appedecectomy with Lodhi Sb (again on camera) and then a hemorhidectomy with Akram sb. After juma i watched crickt, had rest after aftari and after trawih i went out to give the charger and to print the rosters. Today saeed sb sent another mail..

11th & 12th Oct:

11th Wedensday:
today i got up at 8 and reached opd at 830. things went there smoothly. During this time i want to bank to retutn the money back to saleem's account. I went to sleep at 2 and slept till aftari, again had some rest after aftari. After trawih i went to emergency. It was a cold night there, nothing much to do. During this, i went with Dr M Ali sb to prepare his presentation on USG. I also came back home for sehri.

12th, thursday:
I went to ward directly from emergency. First i went to CPC, then attended round with professor sab, then a presentation by dr saira on DVT and then i came back home and went to bazar and got NIT units and driving lisence renewal form. After coming back, i went to sleep at 1 and got up just before aftari.

10th Oct.

Tuesday:
today i got up at 8 and reach OT at 830. Today i assissted a fistulectomy with dr saira, ileostomy closure with Dr M Ali sb, then a suprapubic cystostomy before coming back home. Today there was issue of farhan's querell with staff.. After coming back i had rest till 530. AFter aftari osama came.
After trawih i revised the duty rosters. In the mean time ami abu went to saeed sb's home. At 12 azeem came before i went to sleep

9th Oct:

Monday:
i got up at 8 and reached ward at 830. After the round, i tried to settle the pay issue, that seems to be getting difficult now. After coming back i had rest till aftari and typed an LOR after the aftari. After the trawih i went to ward and did the preop work and came back at 1245.

8th Oct:

Sunday:
I got up at 10 and stayed online till zuhr, sending emails and searching for LOR specimens. After that, i went out, dropped abbu at muslim town mosque, and bought chicken from gulistan cly. After zuhr, i went to sleep at 3 and got up again at 5. After the trawih, i pressed the clothes n that ended a peaceful day.
it was first anniversary of the earth quack today, a very sad moment.
today saeed sb replied my mail about visa, it was a nice long mail!

7th Oct.

Saturday:
today i got up at 8 and reached emergency at 830. It was a good day there. i did 1 circumcision and assisted a perforated DU laparotomy with dr ilyas and dr saira just at the time of aftari. After coming back i went for trawih and went to sleep after that.
Today, they sent aftari, ami was alone at home then, I took a bit of it after coming back, it was tasty.

4th, 5th & 6th Oct:

4th, Wednesday:
After doing sehri, I got ready and went to take azeem. Before entering motorway, we found out that tyre was puncture. After getting it done, we entered motorway at 7 and reached rest house at 1130. After having little rest, we went to USEF and met that fat guy, he gave some nice tips. We reached back at 430 and after asr, went to get the aftari. At 8, azeem went to see his uncle, I arranged my documents in this time and went to sleep at 10, azeem returned at 11.

5th, Thursday:
we got up at 330, did sehri and got ready and left at 430. At convention centre, even the car park was not open yet but still people were there waiting. We offered nmaz and were 2nd in the line waiting to get the ticket. We reached embassy in 1st bus and I was 3rd one to enter the embassy. Azim was behind me but was stopped. After going in, I gave finger prints, went to rest room to adjust the dress and then kept reciting surah yaseen while waiting for my turn. I was called at about 930 on window 9. She asked why I wanted to got to US, step 1 & 2 scores (was impressed by it), how long do I need to stay there, place where I wanted to go, residency choice (answered smartly:) ), any relatives in US, who will be the sponsor and what does he do. Then she told me that she is approving my application but due to common name I will have to give full finger prints and pay 85$ for it and that processing will take 6-8 weeks. I left the embassy via shuttle, went to Aab Para on car and took 6000 from ATM. After I reached back, the road to shuttle service was closed as president was there in convention centre. There I got in problem with police man but thankfully escaped easily. Then I managed to take car into the diplomatic enclave (again by the blessing of Allah), deposited the money and was free at 11.
About Azeem: his name was not there in the list, he went to American express and they gave him appointment for 6th.
We reached back in the room at 1, had rest after zuhr and after saying asr we left at 5 for aftari with Azeem's uncle at artillery mess. After the aftari and dinner we had a good chat with him and came back at 9. After Esha and trawih we went for walk and banana milk shake and went to sleep at 12

6th, Friday:
We again got up at 330, did sehri and after fajar we left for convention centre, got the shuttle ticket and at security azeem got in trouble with cell phone. After reaching embassy I waited outside and finally he came out and told that he got also got approved and also needed money for fingerprints. After submitting it he came out at 1130 and we reached the room at 12. Hurriedly, we took our luggage and said juma at 1250, took CNG, got tyres checked and entered motorway at 2 and reached fsd at 515. After aftari I went to sleep and got up at 11, said nmaz, and again going to sleep at 2. Today I had a chat with shoaib Bhai as well.

This concludes 3 very important days. Allah has been so much kind and I m very obliged to Him.

3rd Oct:

Tuesday:

• Today i got up at 830 and reached OT at 845. 1st I did fistulectomy (my first one!!) with Naeemullah sb. Then I assissted a choledochoduodenostomy with Dab sb n akram sb, and then excision of ant abd wall mass with shafiq sb.
• then i got leave application and job letter signed by dab sb, who then asked may yo do imamt for zuhr in changing room, all the consultants were there!
• on the way back i went to bank and suceeded in getting bank statement.
• Abu took ami to ashraf sab today after zuhr
• I got up at 5 and went to serena at 530 for aftari. it was good!
• After trawih i had to go to wasim sb's house to give injection to her mother.
• Then i pressed the dress and prepared documents for tomorrow before going to sleep at 12 45

2nd Oct..

Monday:
got up at 930 and went to aziz fatima hosp to meet Dr Aazam Aslam Sb.
Then went to bank to deposit money and to ask for bank statement.
then again went to aziz fatima to get CT scan brain
After zuhr, talked to azim on phone to arrange samaan for list and then went to sleep
Got up at 545
after trawih went to ward for preop prep and came back at 1215

• After zuhr i went to University to get prints of visa documents, came back close to aftari.
• After the aftari i went with sufi and bought a necktie and document files.
• After the trawih i went to ward for a round and was back around 1130
